Digital Service — No Physical Returns

TalkWP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. We do not ship or sell any physical goods, so there is nothing to physically return.

Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to stop using a paid plan, you can cancel or downgrade at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not itself trigger a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for when refunds apply.
