TalkWP ("we", "us") operates the TalkWP website chat platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
- To send important account or billing notices
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
3. AI Processing
Chat messages sent through your widget may be processed by our AI provider (Groq) to generate automated replies. We do not use your chat data to train third-party foundation models beyond what's required to generate a response.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores account and chat data
- Groq — our AI inference provider, which processes chat messages to generate replies
- Razorpay / PayPal — our payment processors, which handle payment details directly
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain account and chat data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@web-tric.co.in, subject to any legal retention obligations (e.g. billing records).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, hashed credentials) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage using a strong, unique password.
8. Cookies
Our dashboard uses local browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
